At a friend’s house party, Tracy spotted a tall, dark, and handsome guy across the room playing beer pong. She was immediately attracted to him, so when his game ended, she sauntered up to him and asked if she could play on his team next. Gary obliged after Tracy bragged about her skills. The two were a perfect match as teammates which later evolved into a perfect team in life.

Years later, on the beach in Jamaica, a photographer snapped photos as Gary’s heart rapidly beat in his chest. He got on a knee and surprised Tracy with a beautiful engagement ring and the promise to live their lives together. Forever. She excitedly agreed and left the island with a golden tan and a beautiful engagement ring. Tracy and Gary will marry next October at Elements at Water Street in Naperville, and I am thrilled to document their love again.

I met Tracy and Gary at Cantigny in Wheaton. It was a gorgeous backdrop that only highlighted their love.

The colors, the light and the weather were perfect for our engagement session.

Gary and Tracy know how to make each other laugh … and there is nothing I love to document more than REAL laughter.

I have known Gary for years. He is loyal, kind and thoughtful. We grew up together, so when Tracy emailed me to photograph their wedding, I was beyond thrilled!

Tracy’s energy and positive spirit are contagious. As soon as we started emailing, I knew we would be fast friends, and I loved getting to know her more during our engagement session.

I was delighted that the rose gardens were still full of beautiful blooms.

As the last bit of sun dipped behind the horizon, Gary wrapped his arms around Tracy.

It was a perfect way to spend a beautiful day in Wheaton, and I cannot wait for their wedding!
