After a dreary week of rain and cold temperatures, the Chicago weather took a drastic change for 24 hours … just in time for my afternoon session with Laura and Jim last Sunday. As I walked up to Monroe Harbor, we truly could not have gotten a better spring day of sunshine especially amidst the current April showers.
Laura and Jim met at a party. Her cousin, Heidi, introduced the two of them and from that moment, these two were smitten with one another. They make a great couple … a couple that compliments each other. Jim loves to cook. Laura … not so much. Laura is the planner in the relationship, yet she knows how to keep Jim balanced.
Our session was filled with lots of laughter … but even more love. I am beyond excited to document their wedding this May in Chicago.
