Nikki and her sweet tribe of three gorgeous little girls and husband, Steve, travel every year down to Marco Island to escape the cold Midwest winter and spend a relaxing week on the Marco Island beaches with family. Nikki knew that she wanted to capture this time with her family on the beach and hired me to be her Marco Island family photographer for the afternoon. We agreed on the perfect location for their photos…. the Marco Island beach that their condo is right in front of. They have spent endless hours as a family enjoying these views, and it was so special to document their time in Marco Island with a beautiful sunset and on the beach that they love so much.

We had the most perfect weather as her and her family played on the beach. Their family photos are fun and relaxed which is always my goal when I photograph a family session in Florida. The girls danced along the water, twirled in their gorgeous dresses and enjoyed a beautiful Florida sunset. I focused on capturing real, natural moments mixed in with the traditional smiling at the camera photos that all the mamas love (and want to use for their holiday cards).

Nikki’s fabulous sense style only elevated their family photos. I mean I am still smitten over the dresses she found for each of her girls.
