boudoir :: miss m

One of my most anticipated moments is seeing what my clients bring in for their boudoir session. For me, it like is shopping without the bill (and who doesn’t like that?!). So when Miss M showed up for her session, I was beyond excited. She covered all the bases from casual to girly to super sexy!

I’m so excited to share with you some of my favorites from her session.

boudoir :: sexy + sassy miss s

I have been obsessing and dying to start shooting some sexy and sassy boudoir shoots in between all of the weddings this year, so when Sandra was interested in a session…. I jumped at the chance.

We spent the afternoon picking out a flirty wardrobe and creating beyond gorgeous photos. Sandra is absolutely stunning, and she really made my job easy. Here are some of my favorite photos (and let me tell you…it took me forever to edit it down to these….)

tips + tricks :: fun engagement props

When planning my engagement sessions with my clients, I always encourage them to make the session as personalized as possible. I want the final product to be the couple. While locations and wardrobe are great ways to bring a couple’s personality into the shoot, little props can completely transform a simple location like the beach or an open field and really show of what the couple is all about.

Here are some ideas of fun props to use in your session:

– Hats (baseball, fedora, floppy hats, etc)

– Chalkboards + Chalk

You can DIY your props, find them at a craft store or order them online. All of the props below were found on Etsy. I would love to do a shoot with any of these. :)
