It all began with a wink. Yes, a wink. Kelli sent a friendly little wink to Dan on Match.com. She intrigued him .. chatting him up …. even asking him to call her, but then purposefully did not give Dan her number.

The two had their first date at Starbucks, so we headed back to the coffee mecca to create some meaningful engagement photos.

Dan and Kelli are such a FUN couple! From the first few minutes with Dan, I had a feeling those romantic, soft, sensual photos I often create with my clients were going to be a bit of challenge for the funny man, Dan. (I couldn’t not use the rhyme there….) These two were laughing and looking like two teenagers in love.

Kelli works at the Chicago Historical Society, so I loved that we took some time to get some pictures at this amazing location … especially when I could sneak in the John Hancock building into them.

Kelli + Dan – From our over air freshened cab to the “inspiration” photos….I felt like I spent the morning with old friends. You two rock! I wish you nothing but many years of scrabble matches, Starbucks coffees and happiness together.
