Ahhh, July is like Christmas to me because of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. It is my personal favorite sale of the year from Nordstrom. I worked at Nordstrom for 6 years when I was in high school and college, and therefore the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale will FOREVER have a special place in my heart.
Before Nordstrom made this sale a huge event online, we used to take our VIP customers in the stock room and let them see all the new inventory and hold what they wanted before the sale (my nostalgia from the early 2000’s). If you haven’t shopped the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale before, let me be your professional guide to the NSale (after all I have been shopping this sale for nearly 20 years!!!).
What is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?
What makes the NSale so freakin’ special? This is the *only* sale that Nordstrom does where they bring in brand new merchandise for fall (including all the best fall trends) and put it ALL on sale when it debuts in the store. So instead of stalking for items you have had your eye on, this is all the best 2024 fall trends on sale now. I think of the sale as my first peek as to what will be the “IT” trends for fall and how I snag the cutest outfits for fall / winter 2024 ahead of everyone else.

Nordstrom allows their best customers to shop in tiers as a way to reward the customers who spend the most with them during the year as a way to say thank you! When can I shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?
Once you know your Nordstrom status, here are the dates that you can shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. If you don’t already have a Nordstrom credit card, you can sign up here so that you can shop earlier. If don’t have status, don’t stress. You will still be able to shop the sale on July 15.
After shopping this sale for nearly 20 years, I have cracked the code on how to shop this sale. The best sellers and top picks from influencers and trendsetters often sell out fast! (I haven’t been able to get a lot of wishlist items over the years even as an influencer (Nordstrom status – not influencer, influencer), but Nordstorm DOES restock throughout the sale.
PRO TIP: Create a wishlist of EVERYTHING you have your heart on in the sizes you need BEFORE the Nordstrom anniversary sale. You can preview the Nordstrom Anniversary sale here. That way when you can shop, you can add what you what to your cart. Time is really of the essence when you shop online for the sale. But Nordstrom does restock Nordstrom anniversary sale items.
Pro Tip : If you have your eye on something, keep checking back. Nordstrom almost always re-stocks during the sale (which lasts this year until August 4, 2024), so keep checking their website if you really have your heart on it.
Also these items will restock at full price and be available in stores and online throughout the fall and holidays, so if you really can’t get something you wanted, you might be able to snag it in the weeks ahead.
It can be overwhelming to shop this sale online and you do not need everything that is on sale. Let me help be your guide to navigate one of the best sales of the year.
