Jennifer and Kristen wanted their wedding day to highlight what a marriage is really about …. love. So they planned an intimate afternoon wedding with only 30 of their closest friends and family. They promised to love one another forever at the Chicago Cultural Center before celebrating at the Signature Room at the John Hancock. I was lucky enough to spend a slightly overcast Saturday morning with these two stunning brides capturing their love and happiness around Chicago.
Jen + Kristen – Thank you from the bottom of my heart for inviting me as one of your 30 guests to witness and capture your marriage. You are two gorgeous people – inside and out, and I am so happy I could be there to photograph your wedding day. I wish you both nothing but a lifetime of wedded bliss. love and xo – Brittany
Kristen and Jen really wanted a more urban backdrop of Chicago, so we started at the Kinzie Street Bridge. The morning was a little foggy, but I thought it made for some really beautiful photos on the bridge.
I was so happy that Kristen and Jen invited me to share in their perfect day.
Following their intimate ceremony at the Chicago Cultural Center, we photographed all their friends and family before heading to the Lurie Gardens at Millennium Park for a few more bride and bride portraits. The flowers matched Jen’s dress perfectly …..
