When it comes to finding the best location in Florida to take engagement photos, Naples has endless options of gorgeous, photo worthy beaches, parks, and gardens. Most couples love the white sand beaches in Naples, and so do I. The Florida beaches mixed with the beautiful sunset allow for dreamy, romantic engagement photos. If the beach isn’t your thing, Naples has lush tropical parks and gardens. I personally love to pair the two together to get the best of both worlds.
If you are trying to figure out where to take engagement photos in Naples, I have you covered.
This list of my favorite locations in Naples for engagement photos includes over the best spots including the best beaches, parks and locations that are open to the public. Many communities in Naples have hidden gems that you can only access if you or a friend live there (like the private beaches of Pelican Bay), so if you have a hook-up, let’s visit one of those.
The Best Naples Beaches for Engagement Photos
Naples Pier (Naples)
Address : 38 Broad Ave S, Naples, FL 34102
Fees : Parking by the hour via a meter or a Collier County beach parking sticker gets you free parking
This popular spot is famous for Naples photo shoots. If you are hoping to take your engagement photos at the Naples Pier, I suggest a sunrise engagement photos vs sunset as this location will feel slightly more private in the early morning hours. During sunset, the beach is packed with beach goers who might be in the background of your photos.
Via Miramar Beach (Naples)
Address : Gulf Shore Boulevard North, just south of Harbour Drive
Fees : Parking by the hour via a meter or a Collier County beach parking sticker gets you free parking
This downtown Naples beach is a hidden gem. It is one of the few beaches in Naples that has large rocks that are just gorgeous for photos. The beach has tall wild grass, lush palm trees and gorgeous white sand.
North Naples Beach
Fees : Parking by the hour via a meter or a Collier County beach parking sticker gets you free parking
This north Naples beach is my go-to photo location because I love how easy it is to access this beautiful beach. There is ample parking and it is just a quick walk down to the beach from the parking lot. There are a few areas before the beach that have beautiful tropical greenery, and this location is often less crowded than the more popular Vanderbilt Beach.
Tip : If you use this beach for your Naples engagement photos, make a reservation at Bayside Seafood + Grill. The food is amazing, and its just a few minutes down the block.
Vanderbilt Beach (North Naples)
Address : 100 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Naples, FL 34108
Fees : $10 beach parking fee without Collier County Resident Beach
Vanderbilt Beach is the home to some of the most exclusive beach clubs like La Playa and Bay Colony and luxe hotels like the Ritz-Carleton, so it is no surprise that couples love to have their engagement photos taken on this beautiful stretch of Naples beach. This location is easiest to use if you are staying on the beach, however there are public beach access points. Parking is limited and is often tricky to find during season (January to March).
Lover’s Key State Park (Bonita Springs)
Address : 8700 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931
Fees : $8 per car
This state park has so many fun areas for engagement photos including a butterfly garden (available in the second parking area), a fishing pier, the driftwood area (beach area), and a gorgeous two-mile beach that yields beautiful sunsets. It does have a few quirks like the trolley doesn’t run after 4:45 pm back to the parking lot (but you can walk – its about a 10 minute walk).
Barefoot Beach Preserve (North Naples)
Address: 505 Barefoot Beach Blvd, Bonita Springs, FL 34134
Fees : $8 per car for the day
This gorgeous beach is located in North Naples and offers endless options for engagement photos. If you are resident of Collier County, your beach access sticker will get you free admission and there is plenty of parking available. Not a resident, not a problem. It is $8 to park for the day.
Wiggins Pass State Park (North Naples)
Address: 11135 Gulf Shore Dr, Naples, FL 34108
Fees: Admission is $6, exact change or credit card only
This popular destination boasts some of the most pristine beaches on the Gulf. There are areas of beautiful nature along the way to the beach that make this beach / park a dreamy location for engagement photos in Naples. If there is high tide, the shoreline is a bit smaller but when the tide is low, this beach feels endless.
The Best Non-Beach Photo Locations in Naples / South Florida for Engagement Photos
Naples Botanical Gardens
Address : 4820 Bayshore Dr, Naples, FL 34112
Fees : Adults: $25, Children (4 – 17): $10, Children under 4: FREE, Members: FREE
The 170-acre, world-class garden paradise that features plants from around the world and is well worth the cost of admission for engagement photos. There are endless options here. Sadly, pets are not allowed in the gardens. And sessions will need to take place between the hours of 9 am – 5 pm.

Koreshan State Park (Estero)
Address : 3800 Corkscrew Rd, Estero, FL 33928
Fees : Parking $5 per car, you can prepay online here
If you are looking for a gorgeous setting that isn’t on a Naples beach, Koreshan State Park is a gorgeous location for engagement photos. It is a historic site, so you must be respectful while you are on the property. Everything you bring with you, must be removed. No non-biodegradable confetti or similar no smoke bombs, no climbing on rocks/trees/buildings or set ups in the park. On the grounds there are endless beautiful spots for your photos. Bonus : You can bring your pet so this is a great spot if you want to include your furbaby.
