GARFIELD PARK CONSERVATORY

If you stalk my blog, you will know that this spot is one of my fav, fav, fav locations in Chicago. Besides the gorgeous grounds that make it an amazing location for an outdoor ceremony, Garfield Park Conservatory has a gorgeous rain back up location — so you won’t be disappointed if you have to go to plan B.

IVY ROOM

If you have a thing for ivy, then this Chicago wedding venue is out of your dreams. Your guests can enjoy cocktail hour in the courtyard which feels like a hidden escape in River North.

GALLERIA MARCHETTI

The garden at Galleria Marchetti is like a secret garden in the city and their gorgeous reception space will have your guests feeling so special.

 

GREENHOUSE LOFT

If you love neutrals in a modern space, Greenhouse Loft will steal your heart. This venue has a gorgeous outdoor space nestled in between a brick courtyard. Your reception space has floor to ceiling windows so even when you go inside for dinner, you still feel like you are in that beautiful courtyard.

DANADA HOUSE

This charming historic house and property in Wheaton boasts a gorgeous outdoor ceremony, lush grounds for photos and a beautiful indoor area for dinner.

 

CHICAGO BOTANIC GARDEN

I don’t think I can gush about how MAGICAL this place is. It is gorgeous any time of year and each of the outdoor gardens is prettier than the next. Your guests will be in awe of all the beauty around you.

EMERSON CREEK POTTERY + TEAROOM

If you are looking for the feel of being in the middle of nowhere but not wanting to travel too far, Emerson Creek is your jam. It has touches of a rustic farm while being glammed up hosting cocktail hour inside a cute white barn. 

ARMOUR HOUSE

When you enter this property at the Armour House you feel like you have been transported to a charming garden on the grounds of a stunning mansion. Your outdoor ceremony will be nestled in the gardens and your guests will enjoy cocktails on the beautiful porch before slipping into the mansion for dinner and dancing.

 

CUNEO MANSION

This historic Italianate mansion with 100 landscaped acres is charming and oh-so-magical. Between photos around the property and inside the mansion to a beautiful backdrop for your outdoor ceremony to a huge ballroom for your reception, this venue is gorgeous.

MORTON ARBORETUM

There are so many options at Morton Arboretum when it comes to having your wedding here, but I love ceremonies outdoors in the rose gardens and on this beautiful lawn. And you can explore the miles upon miles of beauty here for all of your wedding photos (and let me tell, you there are SO many gorgeous spots).

If you want to have a ceremony with the best skyline view of Chicago, Adler Planetarium is going to be the perfect venue for your outdoor wedding. I mean … the views of Chicago are like nowhere else and your guests can even enjoy the Navy Pier fireworks if your wedding is on Saturday in the summer
