When I got to Peyton’s house, I could not believe that he was officially ONE! It really feels like yesterday, I was there photographing him at 3-months …. sleeping in baskets and on Dr. Seuss books. Relaxed and low-key.
This session was so different, but I loved every minute of trying to keep up with this little cutie patootie.
We were all over the house … making a mess everywhere (sorry, Jen & Kyle)! We were crawling through green tunnels (well Peyton was …. I am pretty sure I would not make it through it), tossing around balls, and playing with his puppies. It was non-stop action and beyond fun to document.
We wrapped up his one-year session with a smash-the-cake set. I’m not sure if it was the green frosting or this small little cake, but Peyton was more intrigued by it than interested in eating it. Not really the photos we were hoping for, but still super adorable.
So here he is! Peyton …. already … ONE!

Peyton was more interested in playing with the cupcake than actually eating it. I wish I had his willpower to turn down a chocolate cupcake.
