When we first talked about their destination wedding, I threw out the idea of having a “trash the dress” session the day after the wedding. Both Carolyn and Ivan made it seem like it was a possibility but not a sure thing (I was hoping and praying that they would change their mind). However once we all arrived, relaxed and enoyed the Dominican Republic sun, both were 100% in and excited about the day after their big day…our trash the dress session.

These sessions are so fun because the bride and groom get to be silly (and brave). It is a time to be away from their friends and family and just have a little bit of time together to create a memorable experience.
