When Dana and Jeff started planning their destination wedding, they knew exactly what they wanted: a place that felt both intimate and grand. For Dana, who grew up just down the road, The Heitman House in Fort Myers was the perfect spot to say “I do.” This historic mansion gave off those perfect tropical destination vibes, without losing that Florida charm. And let’s be real, it was the perfect setting to capture their love, with every detail falling into place—starting with the weather (hello, sunshine!).

The day was filled with moments of pure magic—tropical florals by Something Bloomed, frozen drinks to keep everyone cool, and seafood hors d’oeuvres that were an absolute hit. We captured photos around downtown Fort Myers, adding a pop of local flavor, and couldn’t help but stop for . The Heitman House is the perfect spot to get ready at too, with its gorgeous getting-ready room that set the tone for the whole day (I mean check out Dana getting dressed – hello gorgeous light and decor!)

Dana and Jeff’s wedding wasn’t just about two people in love; it was about two families coming together in the most beautiful way possible, with every little detail falling into place to create one unforgettable day. The day wouldn’t have gone off so flawlessly without Tomarah from So Eventful SWFL—she’s an absolute dream to work with. The Brett Foreman Band brought the party to life while guests relaxed with a cigar station from Joe & Ove (who doesn’t love a cigar at a wedding?).

Dana and Jeff—you are the definition of a perfect match. Watching the two of you together, it’s clear how much you love each other. From that first glance at church to dancing late into the evening with those you love the most, you both have something so special, and I’m beyond honored to have been there to witness it.
