I am so excited to finally be posting Danielle and Ryan’s engagement session. I was fighting a terrible cold last week … which meant this super cute session was just waiting to be seen … until now.

I met Danielle and Ryan at Maple Lake in Willow Springs and let me tell you, this place is gorgeous. From the tree lined trails to the picturesque lake, I knew I could shoot here for hours. What I loved even more about this location though is that it was meaningful to Danielle. Her grandfather used to take her here fishing when she was a little girl, so it was so amazing that we could come to here for their engagement photos. Danielle and Ryan are such a laid back couple … total go-with-the-flow … which is perfect compliment to my Type “A”ness. I had so much fun with these two, and I cannot wait until July to document their wedding.
