Every time I see this little cutie, I am so excited! Besides being one of my dear friend’s first son, he is literally one of the most perfect babies ever. And he is extremely adorable – especially in front of my camera. When Colin’s mom, Kristin suggested we try to sneak in a his 9-month session while we were all in Punta Cana for Hillary and Jim’s wedding, I knew it was going to be a super cute session. This was Colin’s first trip outside of the U.S., and he just loved the sun, sand, and Caribbean water. (I mean who doesn’t. Smart baby, right?)

We used the last bit of golden afternoon sun and just let Colin be him on the beach. There is nothing better than capturing my littles when they are in their own element … and Colin proves why.

Colin was very interested in the sand especially when he would find some seaweed. I mean … how cute?
