What I love most about being a Naples family beach photographer is photographing families in their own element. While I love spending time with clients on the Florida beaches, there is something even more special when I can photograph a family at their own home. This lifestyle family photo session was a DREAM because we combined both into their session. My sweet client, Danielle, hired me to photograph this amazing group of humans to celebrate their parents 40th wedding anniversary. Their whole family traveled to Naples to celebrate with them at their gorgeous downtown Naples home, and despite rain for the hour before their session, we ended up with the most magical night.

We started their extended family photos at their gorgeous home that has a huge Bayan tree in the front yard. I think that family photos at home are extra special because this is where life happens. We danced in the yard, chased around the kids and the adults enjoyed a cocktail as they just hung out enjoying each other’s company. I want every photo session to be this — connecting with your family and letting me document the moments that unfold.

Just before sunset, we walked over to the beach across the street to watch the sunset and splash in the water. What I loved most about this group is that they were 100% present with each other. They smiled non-stop and just loved on the kids and grandkids — and what we co-created together with the universe was just magic.
