One the biggest compliments that my clients have shown me is their desire to travel to work with me. For the last 10 years, I photographed clients all over the world but being based in Chicago, I photographed a majority of my clients’ weddings, engagements, proposals + families in the Chicago area. I have been so lucky that many of these amazing clients I have spent years working with have scheduled their vacations to Naples / Southwest Florida / Marco Island so that they could also have their beach family photos taken by me.

Sarah and Ryan have family that own a home about 3-hours away from Naples. When they made the plans to be in Florida, they made the drive to Naples with their beautiful baby girl, Isabella, and I was SO freaking excited to photograph them on the beach. I photographed Sarah and Ryan’s maternity session last year with my huge pregnant belly (Sarah and I were pregnant together — our due dates only days apart, so it was so special and such an honor to photograph Bella’s first trip to Florida.

I met this sweet, sweet family at Seagate Beach in Naples for a beautiful sunset family photo session. Sarah loves boho vibes like me, so I just knew we needed to bring this boho tee-pee to the beach and I am so glad we did. Being that Greyson is only a few weeks younger than Bella, I really wanted to make sure that I captured not only beautiful portraits of their family but also the moments that as a mama, I love so much — the snuggles, watching them practice walking, giggles.
